Wallowa River Fly Fishing

The Wallowa can be one of the best days of floating and fishing you can do in the state. With close relativity to Joseph, Enterprise and La Grande, Oregon, this is a great way to spend a day out on the water. Whether your an experienced angler or not, you have a great chance on finding success on this trip. The Wallowa river is home to a healthy and highly abundent population of rainbow trout and Steelhead. Trout fishing on the Wallowa is generally done from mid June through late July. This is when the water levels are just right and the bug activity picks up, making for the possibility of an incredible day of Trout fishing. The Steelhead begin to arrive in late Oct. and will continue to run through March. All day floats include a complimentary lunch, non-alcoholic beverages and tackle supplied as needed.
